At the tail end of the Happiness Factory spots I was working in NY w/ Psyop when this opportunity to jump on this weird-sexy brief came in. A bunch of promiscuous, thirsty animals romping around the forest drinking Orangina. Ummm... yes please. So I jumped in to lead and establish the previz in NY.
A couple weeks later I was on holiday in London and got a call from Todd about supervising the animation & post production at the Mill, London. Ummm... yes.
So, I stayed on for the next 7 weeks to work closely with Psyop, Stink and the Mill artists as we chiseled this ambitious beauty out to the french market. It never aired in the U.S. - but the "Furrie" comments on Youtube are priceless.
Kudos to Fred & Farid, and Todd & Kyliee for letting the artists roam free!
